Not certain Manny will come back next year now. What is the outlook for Michigan basketball next season without Sims?

yeah, with those quotes he made about Belein's system, I would think he might reconsider. of course, when he finds out he won't be a first round pick, he may have no choice, unless he thinks he can get some more experience in Europe playing real basketball

Great win last night for the maize and blue! Darius Morris had his coming out party and will hopefully continue to develop. I'm hoping against hope that this team catches fire and somehow wins the BTT.

Hope is not a Strategy. ;)

but hope is the only thing that can help that team, but we all know that the Badgers are going to win the BTT because they are better then everyone else in March. until the NCAA touney

it was also proven that Wisconsin is better than MSU overall in basketball since Bo Ryan look for yourself people in Wisconsin have too much time on their hands :laughing-rolling:

I'm not even sure they have the wins to go on the road in the NIT and get throttled at UNC

at 12-12 now, they have to go 3-3 and win a game in the tourney. guaranteed losses home vs. Illinois, at OSU and at MSU. should win at home vs PSU (though they will be due at some point) and Minnesota. So at Iowa is the only hope to qualify for the NIT.

I think M fans have been chasing the wrong coach out of the door. How much longer does Beilein get? I know they just signed him to a huge extension. That was just the worst move of all time. Is there any hope on the horizon for Michigan basketball?

Don't their facilities blow?

If thats the case, you can't expect anyone to come without digging up Ed Martin.

The other thing that should be so depressing is the type of player that TGCICB had been recruiting, stealing talent away from the BBall powerhouses like Ball State, Butler, Xavier of Ohio, and Schoolcraft College.

It looks like the coaching strategy of "Chuck and Run" is catching up to UMIAA.

I can't follow all of the abbreviations.
